See live opera for the first time in over a year! Now through May 15, catch a new spin on a comedy classic: Gioachino Rossini’s “The Barber of Seville!”

Reimagined by director Matthew Ozawa, this fast-paced, 90-minute comedy takes you backstage into the topsy-turvy world of a modern-day opera house, where a cast is assembling to perform — you guessed it — “The Barber of Seville.”

But real-life romance is blossoming in rehearsals, between a handsome young tenor and a beautiful leading lady. Ozawa’s hilarious new production travels behind the scenes into the secret worlds of the performers, as reality and fiction, cast and character, merge into one.

Featuring the company debut of conductor Roderick Cox, “The Barber of Seville” stars Grammy winner Lucas Meachem, mezzo-soprano Daniela Mack, tenor Alek Shrader, bass-baritone Philip Skinner, mezzo-soprano Catherine Cook and bass-baritone Kenneth Kellogg in a live, drive-in performance that will have you laughing all night long.
